Chappell Roan’s new single, HOT TO GO! (with a great music video, featuring her grandparents). I love her other song Pink Pony Club, and she was just tapped to open for Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS tour. She’s so fun and poppy, and her music is a real mood-booster.

Speaking of Olivia, I really enjoyed All-American Bitch. In her conversation with Phoebe Bridgers in Interview magazine, Olivia says she found the phrase in Joan Didion’s book The White Album, in which a runaway hippie kid describes his mom as an “all-American bitch”. I’ve also heard a few people compare it to the Miley Cyrus’ 2007 song ‘Start All Over’. You be the judge!
